Refusal to receive ordered and delivered goods
According to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to refuse the goods received within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, without paying compensation or penalty.
If it is necessary to return sums paid by card for agreed services performed by us, this will be done by us through a credit transaction on the card with which the payment was made.
In this case, the MERCHANT will reimburse the customer the amounts paid by him no later than 20 days from the date on which the customer exercised his right to refuse the goods.
The customer is obliged to store the goods received from the MERCHANT and take care of their quality and safety during the period under Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.
In order to return the purchased products, it is a mandatory CONDITION that they are in good commercial condition, without being used and without breaking the integrity of the packaging, as well as accompanied by a receipt. The products must necessarily correspond to the form in which the customer received them. Products that do not meet these conditions are not subject to return or refusal.
When returning purchased goods at the customer's request, according to Art. 55, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act, shipping and insurance costs are for the customer's account and are not refundable.
If there is a discrepancy between the products you ordered, within 14 days from the date of purchase you can return or exchange the unused product.
IMPORTANT: Items that have been fitted and tested on cars are not eligible for returns or exchanges!!!
